12/17/08 1:36 a.m. Christopher William Fissel, 37, was arrested on suspicion of harassment and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.
12/15/08 10:21 a.m. Burglars entered a Cedar Street home through a broken window, then stole jewelry valued at $500.
12/17/08 9:17 a.m. Two laptops and season tickets for the Portland Trail Blazers were taken in a commercial burglary on Centerpointe Drive.
12/17/08 11;45 a.m. An iPod docking station and a set of speakers were taken during a commercial burglary on Quarry Road.
12/17/08 2:08 p.m. A laptop valued at $1,000 was taken during a commercial burglary on Centerpointe Drive.
12/18/08 7:30 a.m. Someone broke into the clubhouse at Oswego Point Condominiums and discharged a fire extinguisher all over its interior. A television was also stolen.
There were no arrests for driving under the influence of intoxicants last week.
12/15/08 5:16 a.m. Injuries were unknown when a car slid into a ditch on Bergis Road.
12/15/08 10:00 a.m. A city vehicle rolled into a fence on Iron Mountain Boulevard.
12/15/08 1:59 p.m. No one was hurt when a car struck a light pole on Bunick Drive.
12/16/08 2:30 a.m. No one was hurt in a single-car crash on Highway 43 near Terwilliger Boulevard.
12/16/08 10:48 a.m. No one was injured in a two-car crash that blocked traffic on Fourth Street.
12/16/08 12:47 p.m. There were no injuries in a two-car collision on Foothills Road.
12/16/08 5:21 p.m. No one was hurt in a single-car crash on Boones Ferry Road.
12/17/08 12:23 p.m. There were no injuries when one car backed into another on Meadows Road.
12/17/08 1:34 p.m. Injuries were unknown when a car slid backwards into a pole on Terwilliger Boulevard.
12/17/08 3:43 p.m. No one was hurt in a two-car crash on Boones Ferry Road.
12/17/08 5:04 p.m. There were no injuries in a single-car crash on 22nd Avenue near Boones Ferry Road.
12/15/08 6:23 p.m. A car was reported stolen from Neff Park Lane.
12/18/08 8:56 a.m. Approximately $750 was taken from a change jar on Lake Grove Avenue.
12/15/08 12:39 p.m. A newspaper reader received a rambling, handwritten note that had been tucked into a copy of The Oregonian. It was essentially a request for money.
12/15/08 5:34 p.m. Sledding children slid under a parked car on Parrish Street.
12/15/08 8:33 p.m. Five teens were throwing snow and ice at passing cars on Amberwood Circle.
12/15/08 8:47 p.m. Two children were throwing snowballs at windows on Carman Drive, reportedly trying to break them.
12/15/08 8:57 p.m. Two teens were sledding down Ash Street and yelling.
12/15/08 11:41 p.m. Fifteen kids were being loud and yelling on Denton Drive.
12/16/08 8:39 a.m. A silver Toyota was taking up five parking spots at the post office on Fourth Street.
12/16/08 9:31 a.m. A restraining order violation was reported.
12/16/08 9:45 a.m. The window was broken out of a car on Melissa Drive.
12/16/08 10:08 a.m. Police assisted a Coors Light truck that was sliding on ice on North Shore Road.
12/16/08 10:34 a.m. A diamond wedding set with gold band was lost on South State Street in the area of Noah's Bagels.
12/16/08 12:13 p.m. Four or five children were sledding in the street on McEwan Road.
12/16/08 12:17 p.m. An elderly woman sought help in moving her car from the street into a driveway.
12/16/08 1:13 p.m. A drunken person was taken to a detox facility from a bar on Kerr Parkway.
12/16/08 2:39 p.m. A dog bit a 14-year-old boy on Berwick Road.
12/16/08 3:30 p.m. Three kids were jumping up and down on a frozen pond at the Oswego Lake Country Club.
12/16/08 4:02 p.m. A homeowner spotted footprints in the snow near his home. They seemed to indicate that someone had been looking over the fence surrounding the Spruce Street house.
12/16/08 7:49 p.m. Water was running from a house on Bay Creek Drive.
12/16/08 9:01 p.m. Police received multiple reports of shots in the area of Tualatin Lane but were unable to locate anything suspicious.
12/16/08 10:28 p.m. A suicide attempt was reported.
12/16/08 11:04 p.m. Juveniles was sitting on the corner and singing on Carman Drive.
12/17/08 9:11 a.m. One dog attacked another on Crest Drive.
12/17/08 11:46 a.m. Kids were throwing snowballs at cars on Deemar Way. Police made them apologize to a woman who complained.
12/17/08 2:39 p.m. A driver was doing doughnuts in a parking lot on Kruse Way.
12/17/08 3:10 p.m. A large black truck was driving too fast for conditions and fishtailing down Fosberg Road.
12/17/08 3:34 p.m. A garage door was left open a crack on Cornell Street, a scenario that looked suspicious to neighbors.
12/17/08 4:20 p.m. Two kids were throwing snowballs at cars on Country Club Road.
12/17/08 4:49 p.m. A group of 10 to 15 juveniles was throwing snowballs at apartment windows on Oakridge Road.
12/17/08 5:03 p.m. A sand buggy was being operated on West Bay.
12/18/08 12:12 a.m. Police assisted in responding to a possible alcohol overdose.
12/18/08 10:49 a.m. Someone placed three cones on the shoulder of Boones Ferry Road.
12/18/08 11:59 a.m. A car was parked in an awkward manner at the bottom of a hill on Blue Heron Way.
12/18/08 12:51 p.m. A man who loaned a pair of shoes to a woman who did not have any was upset when she did not give them back.
12/18/08 1:24 p.m. A car sped around pedestrians as they crossed the street on Amberwood Circle, its teen driver flipping off the family in the crosswalk.
12/18/08 3:15 p.m. A woman was complimented on her outfit by a man who asked too many questions on Boones Ferry Road.
12/18/08 11:33 p.m. A barking dog only wanted inside as temperatures dropped. Police contacted the dog owners on Lake Grove Avenue and advised them to bring the dog out of the cold.
12/18/08 12:53 a.m. A group of kids sledding on Thunder Vista Lane was too loud for the people huddled indoors.
12/15/08 6:10 p.m. Credit card fraud was reported online.
12/16/08 9:15 a.m. Three separate fraud incidents were reported at a restaurant on First Street.
12/16/08 4:52 p.m. A woman's ex-boyfriend took money from a joint savings account.
12/17/08 11:22 a.m. An unknown person transferred $3,500 from a local person's checking account.
