HILLSBORO - Washington County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in locating a criminal suspect who they say is involved in identity theft and bank fraud.

Detectives with the Washington County Fraud and Identity Theft Enforcement team (FITE) are asking for the public's help locating the fraud suspect, Jenine Catherine Napoli, 45 years old, who has been identified through bank surveillance video, and is believed to be responsible for passing bad checks and fraudulently obtained credit cards at local banks.
