Jiffy Lube service centers in the Portland and Vancouver, Wash., are selling discount coupon books worth more than $100 in savings in a new partnership to benefit Special Olympics Oregon. The discount coupon books sell for $5 each, with 85 percent of the proceeds from sales going directly to Special Olympics Oregon.
