Soil Superheroes at Blue Lake - 1 to 5 p.m., (also on June 25) Blue Lake Regional Park, 20500 N.E. Marine Drive, Fairview. Discover how worms help plants, beetles beat bad bugs, fungi fertilize soil and how other wild creatures can help your garden grow. Dig in to an active worm bin, find 'fossils' in the ground, make clay beads or create other cool soil crafts. For ages 3 and up; adult supervision is required. Free to attend. Parking $5 for cars, $7 for buses and free for bicycles and pedestrians. Located next to the water spray ground inside Blue Lake Regional Park.
