Lakewood Theatre in Lake Oswego kicks off its new series with the Portland area premier of the recent Broadway smash-hit and Tony award-winning comedy 'Boeing-Boeing' on July 8.
This hilarious, sexy comedy follows Bernard, a successful architect living in Manhattan, in his escapades juggling three flight attendant fiancées.
It's all a question of timing and some help from his trusted housekeeper, who reluctantly plays romantic air traffic controller. When an old friend arrives and his three fiancées each change their flight schedules, Bernard's life hits some turbulence.
Grab your boarding pass for a rollicking good time at this comedy starring Ben Plont as Bernard, Lisa Knox, as the trusted housekeeper, Leif Norby as Bernard's college friend and Nicole Accuardi, Ileana Herrin and Christy Drogosch as the three flight attendants.
The show is directed by Alan Shearman, written by Marc Camoletti and translated from the French by Beverley Cross and Francis Evans.
Showtimes are Thursdays through Sundays until Aug. 21 with Sunday matinees. The Lakewood is located at 368 S. State St.
