· PETS ON PARADE - 10 a.m. registration; 11 a.m. parade. Foothills Park, Lake Oswego. Prizes in various categories and live musical entertainment. All pets welcome.

· WEST LINN RIVERVIEW LIONS PROPER ENGLISH TEA - 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Historic McLean House, 5353 River St. Traditional English tea menu with proceeds benefiting the West Linn Library summer reading program and sight and hearing needs of local residents. Tickets, $10 adults and $5 for ages 12 and younger, may be purchased at door or from any Riverview Lion.

· PALISADES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION GENERAL MEETING - 6:30 p.m. social time; 7-9 p.m. general meeting. Lakeridge High School Rotunda. Agenda: Tom Mueller of LO Muni Golf Course, election of officers, update on Rassekh property and possible fire station relocation, city infrastructure and Ask Lake Oswegans initiative.

· CHILD ADVOCATES INC. (CASA) - 5-7 p.m. 421 High St., Oregon City. Seeking volunteers to serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) to speak for abused and neglected children in the juvenile court system. Information session first Wednesday of each month.
