Rude times two

At the Lake Oswego Police Department, the term 'animal complaint' can have many meanings from coyotes to kittens to bees.

But most often, it's K-9s. Last weekend, a person called police to say that a neighbor's dog had been rude not once, but twice.

The dog came onto the person's property, 'left a calling card,' as the police report said, then retreated to its home.

After returning home, the dog turned around and began barking at the person again.
