Event will be held Sunday in Millennium Plaza Park
Kruse Way Rotary Club, in partnership with the city of Lake Oswego, brings back the 4th annual Oswego Wine and Food Festival to Millennium Plaza Park from noon to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
This is an event that the whole family can attend.
Live musical entertainment begins at 12:30 p.m. with original compositions by John Nilsen and Swimfish, followed by Wayne Richards and Southern Nights playing original country and Texas swing at 2:15 p.m.
The Shwing Daddies sing 60s through 80s music at 4 p.m., and concert rock violinist Aaron Meyer will perform from 6 to 7:30 p.m. as part of the Moonlight and Music series that takes place each Sunday at this time.
Local food vendors will include Oswego Lake House, Split Dine and Drink, Logan's Backyard Barbecue, Thirst Wine Bar and Bistro, Party Scoop, Starbucks Coffee Company, Blue Tangerine and Frybread Man.
All participating wineries are from Oregon and include Ankeny Vineyard, Amity Vineyards, David Hill Winery, Eola Hills Winery, Hip Chicks Do Wine, Wine by Joe, LLC, Wild Rose Vineyard, Zerba Cellars, Willamette Valley Vineyards, Zenas Wines, Oswego Hills Winery, Vitis Ridge, Kramer Vineyards, Hillcrest Vineyards, Naked Wines, VX Vineyards, DuckPond Cellars, Seufert Winery and Dalla Vina Wines.
Proceeds from the event will benefit local groups such as the Lake Oswego School Foundation, Lake Oswego Meal Network and the Rotary High School Scholarship Program.
