Lake Oswego has a heavy representation for Portland Open Studios 2007, the weekends of Oct. 13-14 and 20-21.
Now in its ninth year, the self-directed tour will feature 98 artists from the Portland Metro area.
The $15 tour guide has tickets for two adults all day. The guide includes a map, pictures of the artists' work, and complete contact information in a usable calendar format. They can be purchased at Art Media stores, New Seasons Market, Powell's Books, Weir's Cyclery and other outlets posted on www.portlandopenstudios.com .
A new feature this year will be two winners of the Kimerbly Gales Emerging Artists Scholarship. They are Jennifer Mercedes and Benjamin Heiken.

Oct. 13-14 visit the Studios East of the Willamette, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Oct. 20-21 visit the Studios West of the Willamette, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
