Police are searching for a couple that may go by the names "Lil Scottie" and "Summer" after the pair reportedly fled officers on foot in Rainier Thursday morning, leaving behind a loaded handgun inside the car they were driving.

On July 7, around 9:47 a.m., an Oregon State Police trooper noticed what appeared to be a verbal fight between a man and a woman in the parking lot of the Shell gas station off Highway 30 at Rockcrest Street.

When the officer pulled his vehicle near them, the pair fled in opposite directions on foot. A loaded gun was found inside the light-blue 1987 Toyota Camry, which has Washington license plates.

The male driver appeared to be in his late teens to early 20s, standing 5 foot 5 inches to 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing 125 to 140 pounds, with short brown hair and a birthmark or scar on his right earlobe. He was last seen wearing a white tank top and dark baggy jean shorts.

The female passenger also looked to be in her late teens to early 20s, standing 5 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 8 inches tall, weighing 110 to 130 pounds, with long brown hair and blonde highlights. She was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark blue jeans.

Colorful decals on the car's dashboard display the phrase "Lil Scottie and Summer for ever" with flowers and stars surrounding the words. Officers believe the pair may go by these names.

OSP asks for help identifying the suspects. If you have information, call OSP Senior Trooper Robin May at 503-397-0325 ext. 103.
