Skibowl holds fireworks at midnight, skiing/riding until 2 a.m.
Mt. Hood Skibowl is America's largest night-ski area with more than 500 acres of lit terrain.
Skibowl's skilifts lifts will operate until 2 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, with an exciting fireworks show that will light up the mountain at midnight during its 20th annual New Year's Eve Extravaganza.
Mt. Hood Adventure has a special guided snowshoe and bonfire excursion planned for the evening that will allow you to watch the fireworks from a spot in the forest. Participants should plan to meet at 9 p.m. at Mt. Hood Adventure, located on the second floor of the Ratskeller. The return will be approximately 1 a.m. The cost is $75, which includes snowshoe rentals and snacks and beverages upon the arrival of the bonfire location.

Bring in the New Year with the Echo Jazz Trio
Step into the New Year with dinner and dancing at The View Point Inn, 40301 E. Larch Mountain Road, Corbett, for a five-course prix-fixe meal created by Chef Matthew with optional wine flight.
Dance to the critically acclaimed Echo Jazz Trio in a charming and elegant atmosphere. The meal includes a midnight Champagne toast and a roaring fire. Limited seating and lodging available.
