The Cambodian-American Community of Oregon celebrates the upcoming year with a party that's open to everyone.

Stravinsky's clown, Petrouchka, is brought to life by those talented hands (and feet) in the Tears of Joy Puppet Theatre company.

Choreography and consummate string control blend as three puppeteers create the clown's movements using bunraku, a Japanese technique.
