Local banker earns honor
Wells Fargo's Community Banking Group acknowledged Gresham banker, Tony Fox, as a top sales and service performer recently at an awards luncheon held in Portland.
Fox was among 30 company stars in Oregon and Southwest Washington to be recognized for their superior performance in 2010. He is a licensed banker working at the Gresham Wells Fargo Bank.

Local insurance agents honored
Farmers Insurance recently recognized Trevin Webb and David Hamburg as among their top sales producers during 2010.
The pair was named to Farmers' 'Topper Club,' which honors company representatives for outstanding sales achievements.
Webb is an agent for Farmers Insurance of Fairview, 21901 N.E. Halsey St., Suite 204.
Hamburg, also an agent, works at Farmers Insurance of Gresham, 2053 N.E. Burnside St., Suite 100A.
Martial arts studio opens
Choi's Taekwondo Academy formally welcomed students to its newest location with a grand opening celebration at 2525 S.E. Troutdale Road on Monday, July 18.
The academy is the fifth martial arts training center founded by the late Grandmaster Tae Hong Choi.
Students learn basic instruction in the Korean art of tae kwon do, as both a self-defense measure and physical conditioning program.
