Rainier city administrator out

With a vote of City Council Monday evening, Rainier's City Administrator Lars Gare was ousted from his position at the city.
The four-year city administrator, whose work for the city had reportedly conflicted with some councilors, reached a severance agreement with officials on that night.
Knowledgeable sources say the package is worth about $50,000.
