At a ceremony at the new Sacred Heart Villa senior living development, at 3911 S.E. Milwaukie Avenue in the Brooklyn neighborhood, Archbishop John Vlazny joined officials of Sacred Heart Parish, City Commissioner Dan Saltzman, and various involved businesses and organizations in dedicating the facility, on Saturday afternoon, June 3rd.

The Archbishop went on to bless the development (shown); he then went downstairs and blessed the new Providence Rehabilitation Clinic on the ground floor, open weekdays 8:30 am till 5 pm for patients.

The Villa development itself was built by Faith Enhanced Development Enterprises, which has also built a clinic in Baja California and a school in Africa.
