Webster, Outlaw, Ha join rookies on squad

Blazers' summer team opens Thursday versus Houston Rockets

Returning Trail Blazers Martell Webster, Travis Outlaw and Ha Seung Jin have joined new teammates LaMarcus Aldridge and Brandon Roy on the Portland team's summer-league roster.

The Blazers kick off the Las Vegas Summer League schedule with a 1 p.m. Thursday game against the Houston Rockets.

Portland's 13-man roster:

Guards - Roy (6-6, 215), Webster (6-7, 233), Sean Dockery (6-2, 185) and Marque Perry (6-1, 185).

Dockery is a rookie from Duke. Perry is a rookie from St. Louis.

Roy, from Washington, was the sixth pick in the June 28 NBA draft.

Forwards - Outlaw (6-9, 220), Aldridge (6-11, 245), Joel Freeland (6-10, 225), Kevin Pinkney (6-10, 245), Brandon Bowman (6-9, 223), Fred House (6-5, 210) and Hector Romero (6-7, 225).

Webster also is listed on the roster as a forward. Aldridge, from Texas, went No. 2 in the draft. Freeland, who has been playing in Spain, was the 30th pick.

Centers - Ha (7-3, 305), Nedzak Sinanovic (7-3, 225) and Aldridge.

Sinanovic was a second-round pick by Portland in the 2003 draft.

The Blazers dropped one player Wednesday who was initially part of their summer roster. Portland cut 7-0 Nikoloz Tskitishvili, 23, who was claimed on waivers from Phoenix last week.
