42nd Street rivals any show anywhere

"One of the best performing arts evenings and deals in Oregon . . ."
If you haven't yet seen Broadway Rose Theatre Company's summer season opener '42nd Street' at Tigard High's Deb Fennell Auditorium, you still have time this weekend. You will then be in on one of the best performing arts evenings and deals in Oregon and maybe in the entire U.S.
The artists (actresses, actors, musicians and directors) in this show are truly world-class. The production is top-flight; the singing and dancing phenomenal; scenery and costume changes occur continually (and, I'd bet a Coke that everyone is hopping backstage and in the wings, too).
I've been lucky, over the years, to have been an audience member for some major-league theater productions in cities like Chicago, London, D.C., Sidney, Tel Aviv and on Broadway. And this production, like all of Broadway Rose's productions, rivals any I've ever seen anywhere.
So, do yourselves a big favor and treat your spouse, a friend or your children to a grand night out, with Broadway Rose on '42nd Street.'
