Wells Fargo has promoted Oregon City resident Jared Dilsaver to community banking market area manager, who previously managed a Wells Fargo branch in Vancouver, Wash.

In his new role, Dilsaver is responsible for the customer service, sales, professional development and community involvement efforts of 27 employees at branches in Oregon City (1751 Molalla Ave.) and Canby (150 N.W. Second Ave). He is based in Oregon City.

He began his financial services career at Wells Fargo in 1999 as a home equity specialist. He later worked in Milwaukie and Wilsonville as a personal banker and as a service manager.

Dilsaver was promoted to branch manager in 2007. He managed branches in Milwaukie, Portland and Vancouver before being promoted to his current position. He has won numerous performance awards from Wells Fargo.

Dilsaver earned an associates degree in biblical studies at Point Loma Nazarene in San Diego. He is a senior at Portland State University, where he is earning a bachelor’s degree in business management.

Dilsaver is a member of the Oregon City Chamber of Commerce.

He has also volunteered for Meals on Wheels and Habitat for Humanity.
