Fugitive wanted for Clackamas bank robbery

Hatch was listed as a fugitive when he failed to report to his halfway house. Detectives from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, working in cooperation with the Portland Police Bureau, identified the robbery suspect using surveillance photographs.

Tellers reported the suspect presented a note and stated he had a gun at 5 p.m. on Friday before fleeing on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
