Kristin Elizabeth Hanson

February 15, 1944 - June 27, 2013

by: SUBMITTED - Kristin Elizabeth HansonKristin was born on February 15th, 1944 in Hillsboro, Oregon. She moved to Milwaukie in middle school, and proudly graduated high school as a Milwaukie Mustang — creating some of the most important and lasting memories and relationships of her life.

Kristin spent the bulk of her professional life working as a secretary/administrative assistant. Beyond being exceptionally capable, her innate kindness and unmistakable beauty made her incredibly valuable as the point of contact at the front desk of any office. For the people that were lucky enough to know her well, Kristin was an example of uncommon strength and grace — she was unwavering in doing what she thought was right regardless of how difficult or uncomfortable. In doing so, she inspired those who witnessed the way she lived. Her regard was a blessing, because she tried hard to add more than she received to the relationships in her life.

Kristin is survived in earnest love and the most heartfelt of thanks by daughters Traci Bollman, Kim Frost, Stefania Hardy, and Heather Williams. Also by sons Trask Frost and John Paul Williams — and companion Bob Derr.

A celebration of Kristin’s life was held on Saturday, July 27th at Eastmoreland Golf Course from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Humane Society of a charity of your choice.
