Clackamas County deputies are investigating knife-wielding robber reportedly attacking a woman on the bicycle path near Happy Valley Thursday night.
The woman called CCSO around 9:15 p.m. to report the robbery and attack on the path that runs parallel to I-205 at Otty Road.
She told the deputies the man came up from behind, grabbed her around the neck and placed a large knife to her throat while demanding money.
The woman said she spun out of his grasp but got cut on her hand by the knife. The robber ran away.
She met with a forensic sketch artist and was described as Hispanic, between 18 and 20, between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-4, with brown eyes, black hair, full lips, a youthful face and no accent. He had on a black hooded jacket and black pants.
The weapon was a large kitchen knife.
