Saying that profiting from sustainable business practices, regardless of industry, is possible, the North Clackamas County Chamber of Commerce will host a “Profit Through Sustainability Forum Luncheon” from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at the Monarch Hotel & Conference Center, 12566 S.E. 93rd Ave.

Presenters plan to demonstrate their success in adopting sustainable practices in the manufacturing, transportation/distribution and health care industries with elements of hospitality, retail and food service. They hope to share their experiences so as to provide attendees with take-away tools for immediate implementation.

1. Jake Nichol, president/CEO of Leatherman Tool Group, Inc.

2. Daryl Woods, transportation manager of Safeway’s Clackamas Distribution Center

3. Michael Geller, manager of regional sustainability for Providence Health & Services

4. Robert A. Fowke, who has a doctorate in Business Efficiency Consulting, will moderate.
