Milwaukie's Edward Eugene Davis arrested in Oregon City
Early on Friday morning, Oregon City police arrested a suspect from Milwaukie after officers witnessed him get into a car in the fenced secure lot of a local towing company.
OCPD was notified at 12:24 a.m. on June 16 of a silent alarm at Gerber Collision Center, 128 S. McLoughlin Blvd.
Oregon City police officers arrived shortly after the alarm. As they were checking the Gerber Collision Center, they saw the suspect had gained access into the adjacent locked fenced area of Bud's Towing, 126 S. McLoughlin Blvd. Officers arrested Edward Eugene Davis, 43, without incident on charges of burglary, criminal trespassing and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
