Sherri Kulink named CEO for Providence Milwaukie Hospital
Sherri Kulink has been named chief executive officer at Providence Milwaukie Hospital.
Previously, she served as the chief operating officer for Providence Milwaukie Hospital and Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center.
Kulink joined Providence in 2004, initially serving as the site manager for diagnostic imaging at Providence Portland Medical Center and then as a director of strategic portfolio management for the region.
She moved into her COO role in Clackamas County in 2015.
"It has been an honor to serve in Clackamas County during the last two-and-a-half years," Kulink said.
"I look forward to building on Providence Milwaukie's strong foundation and helping our teams and supporters advance our mission through service to the community and delivering on our promise to answer the call of every person we serve."
The new chief executive earned her bachelor's degree in radiologic science and her master's degree in health care administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Kulink began her career in direct patient care as a radiologic technologist.
She replaces Keith Hyde, who retired Jan. 6 after 38 years of service with Providence.
