Oregon City Chamber gets awards for publications
The Oregon City Chamber of Commerce received three awards for outstanding print publications at this years Oregon State Chamber conference on Friday, Oct. 19.
The awards recognized the member recruitment brochure A.I.M. for success in your business, the monthly newsletter ChamberWire and the Fall/Winter issue of Oregon City Around Town, a local lifestyle magazine and chamber member directory, which was just released in mid-October.
It is truly an honor to work on these publications that help our Chamber members and the Oregon City community stay informed about what is happening. I take pride in producing work that demonstrates what a wonderful community we have. Recognition of that work by your peers in the chamber industry is very gratifying, said Julie Paulsen, Oregon City Chamber spokeswoman.
Oregon City won in the Small Chamber division consisting of 35 groups throughout Oregon with 350 members or less.
Our chamber staff have to be among the best in the country at getting high quality work done with comparatively few resources, said David Frasher, city manager.
