Alice Joan Thornburg

Alice Joan Thornburg died June 22. She was 74.

Alice Chrysler was born Dec. 4, 1937, in Seattle to William and Alice Chrysler. At an early age she moved to Estacada, where she grew up, and it was there she met her husband, Earl V. Thornburg. They were married in 1969.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 2004; her brother, Jim Chrysler; and sisters, Jean McDonald and Diana Chrysler.

She is survived by her brother, Bill Chrysler of Arizona.

She was laid to rest with her husband at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland on June 27. Cornerstone Funeral Services in Boring handled the arrangements.

Beau Dillon

Houston Keen "Beau" Dillon died May 19, 2012. He was 57.

Dillon was born Dec. 9, 1954, in White Salmon, Wash. A celebration of his life was held May 26 in Stevenson, Wash.
