The annual Springwater Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 15 at the Springwater Grange. The event has been held continuously for over 85 years as an opportunity for Springwater residents to display their produce, canned foods, baked goods, flowers, sewing and crafts. It’s also an opportunity to show chickens, rabbits and other small animals.

Entries in the competition will be accepted from 7-8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, and 8-10 a.m. Saturday. This year there also will be a dog obstacle course, so attendees are encouraged to bring their dogs on a leash. The fair also will include hot dogs, sausages, chili, beverages and home-baked pies.
