One driver died in the wreck and the other was released at the scene after being treated by emergency responders.A 53-year-old woman from Boring died at around 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov.2, in a head-on collision on South Eagle Creek Road near South Duus Road.

Sherri Lynn Graham of Boring was pronounced dead at the scene.

Graham was a longtime resident of Estacada. She served on the Estacada School District School Board from 2009-2011.

After being treated for injuries, the other driver was released at the scene.

Personnel from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, the Estacada Fire District and American Medical Response responded to the crash.

Estacada Fire District personnel rescued a dog from one of the vehicles. It was taken to a veterinary hospital for treatment of its injuries.

The crash is being investigated by the Clackamas County Crash Reconstruction and Forensic Team and the Sheriff's Office.
