by: CONTRIBUTED PHOTO - Estacada firefighters help extinguish a shop fire in Oregon City.Personnel from Estacada Rural Fire District No. 69 were called to help extinguish a building that had caught fire in the 2100 block of South Redland Road in Oregon City on Thursday, Nov. 14.

The small 40 by 60 feet structure had been used as a three-bay auto shop.

“The entire building was charged with smoke,” said Estacada Fire Chief Bob Morrisey.

Morrisey said a camp trailer parked next to the shop had also caught fire.

It took 25 firefighters from Estacada, Clackamas and Boring about 45 minutes to get the fire under control.

No one was injured. The fire is under investigation.
