Organizers announced the market will move from its former downtown location to the grassy lawns of Wade Creek House, 664 N.W. Wade St.

Market leaders hope the new spot’s proximity to the Estacada Public Library and Wade Creek Park will increase foot traffic.

Skip Heberden, a member of the market board, praised Harvest Market Thriftway for allowing the Farmer’s Market to locate at Northwest Third and Broadway for so many years.

Aside from the new location, all the regular features of the market will remain the same.

The market will be open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays, May 9 through Sept. 26.

Musicians are being scheduled for the season. If you are interested in performing, contact Market President Kathleen Leone at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
