At 4:02 p.m. Jan. 11, Penni M. Briley, 50, of Estacada, was arrested in the 400 block of Southeast Main Street on a probation violation for possession of methamphetamine. She was transported to the Clackamas County Jail and held without bail.
At 10:31 a.m. Jan. 13, police were dispatched to a report of a hit-and-run crash in the 100 block of Northeast Main Street. A man reported his vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was parked on the street sometime in the past two days.
At 9:16 a.m. Jan. 11, a parent living in the 27700 block of South Highway 211 was served with a compulsory attendance citation at the request of the Estacada School District.
At 9 a.m. Jan. 11, the Estacada School District provided police with a compulsory attendance citation to be served to a parent in the 22600 block of South Cadonau Road.
At 9 a.m. Jan, 11, the Estacada School District provided police with a compulsory attendance citation to be served to a parent in the 38300 block of Southeast Porter Road.
At 2:34 a.m. Jan. 11, police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 600 block of Forest Glen Road. The caller said he had been punched by a neighbor after confronting him about a loud car. An investigation showed that the caller had instigated the confrontation on his neighbor's property and had punched his neighbor. No charges are being filed at this time.
