Ruby Bulia Moore

March 18, 1927-Feb. 15, 2013

Former Beavercreek and Estacada resident Ruby Bulia Moore died Friday, Feb. 15, in Oregon City. She was 85.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at Estacada Funeral Chapel. A committal service will follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Estacada.

Ruby was born March 18, 1927, in Atoka, Okla., to Bulie and Mary McDowell. The family moved to Boring when Ruby was 16.

She worked in the shipyards, cotton fields, service station and berry fields. In February 1947, she married Miles Moore in Vancouver, Wash.

She was an avid reader who also loved gardening and being with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Schoonover; sons, David Moore and Buster Moore; brother, Cecil McDowell; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Julie Ann Fullerton

Nov 26., 1974 – Feb. 12, 2013

Estacada resident Julie Ann Fullerton died Tuesday, Feb. 12. She was 38.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Estacada Community Fellowship.

Julie was born Nov. 26, 1974, in Portland, to Clarence and Donna Fullerton.

She could spend hours fishing, showing kids how to play video games and talking with her sister. Julie's inviting smile, compassionate touch and pure heart brought love and inspiration to so many.

Her final days were spent surrounded by her family and friends.

Julie is survived by her parents; sisters, Karen Fullerton and Ann Snow; and brothers, Joe Fullerton and Jim Fullerton and Rian Fullerton.

Estacada Funeral Chapel is in care of the arrangements.

A celebration of life will be held 2pm, Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013 at Estacada Community Fellowship.

Julie Ann Fullerton was granted her angle wings on February 12, 2013. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family and friends that Julie had touched their hearts though out her short memorable life.

Julie’s life would seem too short to many but, those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeded the quantity of time in which one lives. Her inviting smile, compassionate touch and pure heart brought so much love and inspiration to so many.

Julie had an ability to communicate kindness, compassion, purity, sense of humor, love and the preciousness of life to everyone. She loved fishing, video games, and kids. She could spend hours fishing, showing kids how to play video games and talking with her sister. She enjoyed the company of people, with her usually being the center of attention.

Julie is survived by her loving parents, Clarence and Donna Fullerton; sisters, Karen Fullerton, Ann Snow; brothers, Joe (Samantha) Fullerton, Jim (Kristie) Fullerton, Rian Fullerton all of Estacada.

Estacada Funeral Chapel is in care of the arrangements.
