Herbert A. Moore

Feb. 25, 1941-March 29, 2013

Estacada resident Herbert “Herb” A. Moore died Sunday, March 31. He was 72.

At his request, no service will be held.

Herb was born Feb. 25, 1941, to Jesse Ray Moore Sr. and Anna Moore, the fifth of six children.

He was proud that he was the one of the family born on an odd-numbered year and was left-handed and blue-eyed.

Herb was preceded in death by his brother, Jesse Moore Jr., on March 29, 2013.

He is survived by his sons, Andrew and Jeffery Moore; daughter, Kimberly Moore; brothers, Roger and John; and sisters, Lue and Anna.


OCTOBER 12, 1956 - MAY 2, 2013

Debbie K. Thronson-Youngberg, age 56, of Estacada, Oregon passed away at her home on May 2, 2013. She was surrounded by her loved ones. Her wonderful generosity, spirit and grace will be celebrated at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 11th at the Estacada Jr. High school auditorium.

Debbie was born on Oct. 12, 1956 In Portland to William & Florence Dolan. She began her working career at Union Pacific Railroad and moved on to Reliance Connects from which she retired after 20 years. Debbie married John Thronson in 1980. They had two children, Shawn & Kevin. She loved and enjoyed her family more than anything. They spent years on family trips, never taking a vacation without the boys. Debbie had an abundent full life with John until his death in 2005. She later joined Tom Youngberg, together in 2009 they had a commitment ceremony on an Alaskan cruise and their relationship truly made them both very happy. Debbie lived each day to its fullest, not taking anything for granted.

Survivors include sons, Shawn (wife Amber & Autumn) Thronson and Kevin Thronson; Tom Youngberg and his son, Travis (wife Kaycee & daughter Ellie) and two loving brothers, Jim & Donald Dolan. She was loved by all and was a blessing in this world.
