In this comedy set in the 1940s, a wealthy widow’s stepchildren commit her to a sanatorium in a scheme to get her money. Mrs. Savage finds happiness and kindness within the sanatorium. As her stepchildren and the outside world become increasingly driven by materialism and greed, life within the sanatorium begins to look preferable.

More than 20 students auditioned. Those lucky enough to have landed a role are mostly sophomores and juniors.

Christensen, along with his stage craft class, have constructed a beautiful set: a community room in an insane asylum five years after the end of World War II.

Linda Roth, choir accompanist, has costumed the cast in striking period outfits.

Tickets may be purchased at the door for $5 general admission, $4 for students and Senior Citizens, and $3 for students under the age of 12.
