The academy will run from 6 to 9 p.m. each Wednesday (except during Spring Break) from Feb. 13 to April 17. Its 25 slots are open to anyone 18 or older who lives or works in Forest Grove, with a few exceptions related to citizenship, criminal history and age. Applications are due by 5 p.m. Jan. 23. and can be picked up at the police station or downloaded from the city website at forestgrove-or.gov.
