- Banks City Council members unanimously voted to appoint Teresa Branstitre as the newest council member at their meeting July 8. Branstitre is replacing Christy Greagor, who resigned in May. Branstitre has previously served on the city council and also served as mayor for two years. She is currently on the Banks Library Board and works for Northwest Insurance Group.
