What else can you do to keep your energy levels up? Well, apart from exercise and mentally stimulating activities, nutrition and sleep have the biggest effect on your energy.

Our a la carte dining allows you to dine anytime during the day, and our in-house chef is always looking for new dish recommendations from our residents to include on our menu. Try to eat high protein foods for long lasting energy, and stay hydrated with water, herbal teas, and water-rich produce such as watermelon. Make sure to get a full 8 hours of sleep every night as well to avoid daytime grogginess.

Finally, it's important to stay socially connected. Whether that comes through attending Cherry Park Plaza's social nights or calling up friends and family, keep those bonds active to keep your brain running on all cylinders.
