Rolando Oleva-Rodriguez, 31, of Gresham is being held at the Multnomah County Inverness Jail on $750,000 bail on allegation of second-degree domestic violence assault.

Officers with the Portland Police Bureau's East Precinct responded at 12:12 a.m. Sunday, July 12, of a fight with weapons in the 3500 block of Southeast 141st Avenue, said Sgt. Pete Simpson, bureau spokesman.

When officers arrived they found three people suffering from stab wounds. Mario Martinez, 47, Jose Garcia-Martinez, 55, and Yunier Garcia-Osborne, 28, were all transported to Portland hospitals for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, Simpson said.

Based on information witnesses provided about a possible suspect, police contacted two men in the 17800 block of Southeast Stark Street. After a preliminary investigation, police released one of the men but arrested the other one.
