• The IRCO SHIBA Program meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 1-4 p.m. at East Portland Community Center, 740 S.E. 106th Ave., Portland. The Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) program uses trained volunteers to help people with Medicare make health insurance decisions. Thursday, Feb. 13

• The IRCO Foot Care Clinic is offered the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at East Portland Community Center, 740 S.E. 106th Ave, Portland. The nurse-run clinic includes a foot soak, toe nail trim and file, foot massage, callous and corn sanding/smoothing and reduction of thick fungal nails. $35; must bring own tub and towels. Sunday, Feb. 16

• Kristen Stallman, coordinator for the Oregon Department of Transportation in the Columbia River Gorge scenic area, will speak at 2 p.m. in the Barn Museum, about the Columbia River Highway and State trail.

Admission is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. The Barn Museum is at 732 E. Historic Columbia River Highway.

Tuesday, Feb. 18
