Gloria NgezahoFive members of the Centennial School Board, who all ran unopposed, were elected to new terms in unofficial returns in the Tuesday May 16 election.

The five Centennial incumbents are Gloria Ngezaho, Brenda Clark, Rhonda Etherly, Rod Boettcher and Ernie Butenschoen.

School board members are unpaid volunteers. Most spend more than a dozen hours per month on school board business. They set budgets, select curriculum and craft policy. They also hire and, if necessary, fire the superintendent.
