Amanda Mae Smith and Stephen Gubele were married Thursday, July 13, in the Outdoor Plaza at the World Trade Center in Portland.
Pastor Kenton Johnson officiated the 6 p.m. double-ring ceremony. The bride wore a strapless champagne colored satin A-line gown, with a sweetheart neckline and bare back. Her semi-scalloped chapel train was complemented by an ivory colored hand-embroidered lace veil.
Amanda is the daughter of Charles Smith of Estacada and Billey Jo Tipton of Vancouver, Wash. She is a 2007 graduate of Centennial High School and attended Pacific University. She is a web designer with Dealer Spike in Tigard.
Stephen is the son of Russell and Vicky Jeanne Gubele of Gresham. He is a 2006 graduate of Gresham High School and a 2010 graduate of both Mt. Hood Community College and Academia Hispano Americana. He is a store manager for Sprint.
Family and friends celebrated the newlyweds at a reception following the ceremony in the Skybridge Terrace.
Stephen and Amanda are making their home in Tigard.
