Peruvian dinner

Mt. Hood's annual hospitality and tourism management dinner will feature Peruvian cuisine Saturday, Feb. 25. Guest chef Hank Costello, from Portland's Andina Restaurant, will present the 21st annual Northwest Dinner and Silent Auction.

Proceeds from the event will provide scholarships and help fund a field trip for students.

The event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with dinner served at 6:30 p.m. in the Town and Gown room.

Tickets are $70 per person and may be purchased by calling the 503-491-7486 or at mhcc.edu/galadinner. Reservations are required.

Students in the management program help plan, market, organize and run the dinner and auction. They select the theme, invite the guest chef, develop the menu, design all decorations and gather donated auction items.
