Police seek help in homicide


Hillsboro Police Department officials, in cooperation with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public’s help in solving the homicide of a 50-year-old Hillsboro man, Nicholas “Pablo” Perez-Angeles.Nicholas 'Pablo' Perez-Angeles

On Friday, Jan. 17, Hillsboro police officers officers responded to a 911 call about a male who had been violently assaulted inside his residence and was in need of medical attention near Southeast Alder and 12th Avenue.

The victim, Perez-Angeles, was transported to a Portland hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

This incident is being investigated as a homicide by the Hillsboro Police Department and the Washington County Major Crimes Team, and they are asking for the public’s help with information on this case.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in this case, or any unsolved felony, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
