Authorities found a phone and vehicle belonging to Demi Helenius on Monday, and located Helenius on Tuesday.

UPDATE: Demi Helenius, 23, was located by Lane County Sheriff's Office deputies around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday in Roseburg, Ore. Lane County deputies were following a tip from the public, according to a news release.

Helenius was safe and in good health, according to the release, which did not provide any futher details.

Washington County Sheriff's Detectives are working with several law enforcement agencies in a coordinated search for a missing Washington County woman.

Demi Helenius, 23, has been missing from the Portland area since Aug. 5 after attending a conference at the Portland Embassy Suites which was scheduled to wrap up Saturday evening.

The family of the missing woman, who lives in the Rock Creek area, notified law enforcement when Helenius failed to return from the conference.

According to a news release, Helenius was supposed to call at 10 p.m. on Saturday evening. A family member attempted to call Helenius' phone at 11 p.m., and reached a woman at the Dairy Queen in Creswell, Ore., according to the release.

A man saw someone throw the phone from a vehicle in a nearby parking lot, retrieved the phone and gave it to a Dairy Queen employee, according to the release.

Law enforcement followed several tips and recovered a 2013 VW Bug belonging to Helenius in Cottage Grove on Aug. 7.

An examination of the car and the scene where it was discovered found no evidence of foul play, according to the release.

Washington County law enforcement is working with Oregon State Police, Cottage Grove Police and the Lane County Sheriff's Office on the case.
