COURTESY: WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF - A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle on Wednesday morning in Aloha.UPDATE, 9:20 a.m.: The Washington County Sheriff's Office has identified the victim of this morning's crash as Victoria Garcia-Flores, 69, of Beaverton.

The driver of the car has be identified as Elias Alfaro Izquierdo, 32, of Aloha.

Impairment and speed are not believed to be contributing factors, according to deputies.

Original story: A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle this morning in Aloha, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

At around 7:30 a.m., deputies responded to report of a crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Southwest 195th Avenue and Southwest Farmington Road. An adult female was pronounced dead at the scene, Sheriff spokesperson Jeff Talbot said.

The driver, an adult male, remained at the scene and has been cooperating with authorities, Talbot said.

The Interagency Crash Analysis Reconstruction Team is investigating the crash. The identities of both the victim and the driver will likely be released today, Talbot said.
