Following a relatively successful season in which the Hillsboro High School baseball team finished fourth in its conference, won a play-in game against Mountain View then lost in the first round of the OSAA 5A state baseball playoffs to Crater, the Spartans managed to put eight players on the Northwest Conference's all-star team, including one first-teamer, three second-teamers and four honorable mention honorees.

First, second and third place finishers La Salle, Wilsonville and Putnam dominated the awards, combining for 36 positions on the first, second and honorable mention teams. Putnam senior Sam Booth and La Salle's fellow senior Ole Arntson split the Player of the Year honor, Milwaukie's Brad McVay and Wilsonville's Gage Gloster were the co-Pitchers of the Year and La Salle skipper Jake Austin was honored as the conference's Coach of the Year.

Hilhi junior Curran Mitzel was the Spartans' lone first-teamer, making the team as an outfielder.

Seniors Chase Hildner, Jarred Eichstadt and Marcus Himes were second team selections, Hildner as a pitcher, Eichstadt behind the plate and Himes in the infield. Honorable mention selections included senior infielder Hudson King, senior designated hitter Cohen Johnson, junior outfielder Clayton Danielowicz and Hildner again, this time as a utility player..
