Several events of special note are planned at Lewis & Clark College through the month of April. Those occurring next week include:


n Watzek Screens series continues April 2 with American Dream (1990) directed by Barbara Kopple.

n Philosophy Speaker series continues April 5 with Nicholas Silins from Cornell University speaking on “What Is the Scope of Aesthetic Experience?” This lecture occurs from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in room 202 of J.R. Howard Hall.

n Hawaiian Club’s 22nd annual luau is April 6 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Pamplin Sports Center. Cost is $16.50 for the general public, children 3 to 11 $7.50, 2 and younger are free.
