Allium selected as location for Classic Wines Auction Spring Winemaker benefit dinner
Allium Bistro in West Linn has been chosen as a location for the Classic Wines Auction Spring Winemaker Dinners, presented by First Growth Children and Family Charities. The one-of-a-kind meal, along with a rare opportunity to dine with esteemed winemakers will be held March 1, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Allium, 1914 Willamette Falls Dr., will serve wines from R. Stuart and Co. and Van Duzer Vineyards.
The Classic Wines Auction Winemaker Dinners offer intimate evening settings in the Portland metropolitan area. Over three evenings (Feb. 28, 29 and March 1), winemakers from Oregon, Washington and California will pair celebrated wines with gourmet cuisine at 30 restaurants. All dinners begin at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets are $150 per person, gratuity included. Advance payment is required; no seats will be held without payment. Cancellations received after Feb. 17 will not be refunded.
Proceeds from the dinners benefit Metropolitan Family Services, New Avenues for Youth, Friends of the Children - Portland and YWCA Clark County.
