The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) to be performed in February

by: SUBMITTED PHOTO - Jason Shanafelt, Dustin Milberg and Bob Alsman, madcap men in tights, take a fast romp through Shakespeares comedies, histories and tragedies that will leave the audience breathless and helpless with laughter. The special benefit performance is scheduled for Feb. 1.

Clackamas Repertory Theatre will present “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)” at its Feb. 1 fundraiser.

An irreverent, fast-paced romp through the Bard’s plays, “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)” was London’s longest running comedy, clocking nine years in London’s West End at the Criterion Theatre. Three madcap men in tights weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories and tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter.

Appearing in the production are Jayson Shanafelt, Dustin Milberg and Bob Alsman.

A reception in the lobby will follow the performance with jazz music, appetizers and refreshments as well as conversation with the actors and CRT company members and news about the upcoming season.

Tickets are $75 each or two for $125. They can be purchased online at clackamasrep.org or by calling 503-594-6047.
