A number of events are planned in June at Clackamas Community College, and the public is invited.

Unless noted otherwise the events are free and held on the Oregon City campus, 19600 Molalla Ave.

Attend the instrumental jazz concert, 7:30 p.m. June 2; the concert band concert, 7:30 p.m. June 3, to be held in Niemeyer Center, Osterman Theater and the vocal jazz concert, to be held at 7:30 p.m. June 6 in room N-147 in Niemeyer Center. Admission to the concerts is $5 per person.

Festival Latino 2014 is an event for the whole family and is a chance for Spanish speakers to explore CCC. Activities include entertainment, folk dancing, a salsa dance demonstration, face painting, Latino food, soccer and inspirational speakers. The event takes place from noon to 4:30 p.m. June 8 in the Gregory Forum. Call Camilo Sanchez at 503-594-3029 for information.

CCC chamber choir and Intercurrent will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. in Niemeyer Center on June 8. Admission is $5 per person.

The chamber ensemble spring concert will be presented at 7:30 p.m. June 9 in Niemeyer Center, room N-147. Student groups will perform vocal, string and brass. Donations are requested.

The GED and Adult High School Diploma Graduation ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. June 12, and the degree and certification graduation ceremony will take place at 7 p.m. June 13, both in Randall Gymnasium.

A summer wrestling camp will take place June 23 through 26 in Randall Hall gym. Cost is $150. For application and information visit

Clackamas Repertory Theatre will present “Philadelphia Story” June 27 through July 20. The performances take place Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. All performances are in Osterman Theatre. Tickets may be purchased online at or by calling 503-594-6047.
